"This place is trashed. Checkout lines are ridiculously long with only 2 cashier's working. AC was not working and the smell of cheap perfume is on every aisle. Goodwill is more organized than this place."

"I really enjoy finding the great bargains here, but 45 minutes in line to check out is ridiculous. The two employees at the register were hustling, but there were another 6 or 8 registers unmanned. Judging by the number of people in line, the store's obviously doing good business. Would it kill them to hire new people? If it weren't for that, I'd be at this store at least once a week getting some "retail therapy" (and putting coins in Burlington's pocket), but you have to plan for half a day at this place."

"I hate that they always have only one cashier working. It's a lot of stress on one person, and all the customers are irate with them by the time they get to check out. Well, the cashier walked out today (presumably quitting) and we all stood there for awhile (I don't mind waiting, but I had nowhere to be). Two workers stood by for a bit doing nothing, and finally the manager shows up. Not really saying a word to anyone or apologizing for the inconvenience or trying to calm anyone down. She didn't even address us. Some guy walked out after they told him he was being disrespectful for loudly asking if anyone knew how to run a register so we could get out of there with our purchases. Apparently one of them DID know how to operate a register because she eventually jumped on it and started checking people out. She was great, and very polite to us, but I don't know why the manager didn't put her on it right away. Or why the manager didn't start checking people out as well. The line was insane at this point. Of course the line starts getting irate with HER, asking why there's only one register open, and the cycle continues. They're trying to save money or something, but for God's sake and your workers' sanity, please stop leaving one person on the registers!! Expect an hour long checkout on a good day. Otherwise, this store always has a good selection. It could be a really great store if they did away with this one-register madness."

"Very rude employees, not 1 but 3 employees gave me attitude.. and the place is a huge mess. Also what's the deal with not being able to push your cart outside to your car , I mean if you want people to make big purchases you should have the convenience of getting that purchase to your vehicle without struggle. Do better Burlington, I would be more aware of who you hire . No one will want to shop in a store with rude people who run it and it's a mess. My first and last time at this location"

"Five tentative stars since the store just opened. Very neat, clean and well organized. Some employees working the sales floor, but I was not approached by any. Prices seem reasonable and there is a large selection of goods for sale. If they can keep this up, they will be a great addition to the area."
