"The young lady calls my phone because they ran out of boneless wings after we had been waiting about 20 min for an order of boneless wings. After I proceed to tell her my daughter is waiting in the store and has been waiting on the order for 20 min, she gets an attitude and says she woulda been waiting longer than that! The audacity is amazing here!!! Wow! As if I can't take my money else where. Nah...the last trip at wing stop for me."

"The lady at the register needs customer service courses as she kept tapping on the register very loudly and had this look on her face like she did not even want to be there. We dined in and overheard the same girl arguing and shouting with another employee . The Coke needed to be changed but no one was worried about that either."

"Ordered last week got boneless instead of bone in, called and I couldn’t even understand what they were saying… forget it! Ordered from home this week giving it another shot they said it would take 10 minutes. I go in gave my name, paid and noticed there was a bag that was ready when I walked in. Watched the young girl never took her eyes off her phone and texting away. After 15 minutes it was my bag of cold wings that I sat and waited for that were there when I walked in! The hired help is HORRIBLE!!!"

"Ordered 20 pc bone-in online. Picked up and got home home to find 20 piece boneless. I called them and they gave me 2 options. Come back in the store so they can swipe my card for a refund or they would make my order right and I could drive back in town and back to pick it up. I told them I would take a refund but wasn’t go to make a special trip, that I would come by the next day. They agreed. I spoke with Niesha. They called me back twenty minutes later to say I had to bring the food back to them to receive a refund. Will go to Norms from here on out for wings. Not worth the trouble."

"We always order online because we live about 20 minutes away and is more convenient so wen we get there the food is ready and I don't mind waiting a couple of minutes if the food is not ready.. But what got me TODAY is the guy that gave me my order with and attitude and aswell forgetting part of my order. HAD TO DRIVE BACK TO GET THE REST OF MY ORDER."
