"If I could give zero stars would be just that . Lazy lazy staff Roxy’s down there rude slow lazy very unwelcome n. I asked for fresh towels yesterday in the hotel still waiting this was at 6pm it’s now 5am next day . Would not want to ever come here again. Also costly absolutely not worth it at all also very run down not very good cleaning in the rooms. I had to keep change n my rooms yesterday because that was a big problem yesterday you can tell they are not on top of anything. The beds are the worst woke up with every part of my body hurting. Could not sleep heard nosey outside my room all night like someone running up and down the hall way"

"We spent the night during a busy weekend, and I can't say enough good things! The rooms were lovely and the beds were so comfy! But what impressed us the most was how nice, friendly, and helpful everyone was. We all were so impressed by the consistently positive experiences we had. Thank y'all for a fabulous weekend!"

"Food was good ate at the Legends steak house inside. Rooms got two stars because bed was good and it appeared to be clean. But the shower was awful. No hot water no pressure. Took it to the front service desk and they told me there was nothing they could do for me except call engineering. All the elevators were down not working and there were no signs on the elevators so we stood there waiting walking back-and-forth between the towers, trying to get down into the building on the bottom floor so that we could go to the service desk to let them know of the problems, only to find out that the elevators are out of service."

"Very dark, signage is very lacking, easy to get lost. Not the greatest front service desk. The floors and rooms were clean and the food and drink prices were moderate. If you're looking to get lucky gambling not such a bad place. For the price, not worth the stay."

"First some backstory, the first time I came to Paragon I was roughly 9 or 10... Maybe!!! This particular time I'm touching 40. They had so many fun and exciting bright-light games. I'm more drawn to the basic games b4 the bright lights and they had all the good games. I brought my 4 year with me because they also have an area for children of all ages priced by the hour of course. Yes of course I would return."
