"I called Mark's Appliance on a Monday afternoon when I realize the refrigerator at our office had water on the floor. The office staff I spoke to was very polite and scheduled my appointment while I was on the phone with her. Mark was available to do the repair Wednesday (48 hours). As promised by the office staff, Mark called me Tuesday evening to schedule a specific time. He gave me a 30 minute window and was right on time. He was very polite and professional. It took him no time to assess the problem and make the repair. He was here for about 1 hour and cleaned up the area after his work was complete. His price point is very reasonable. I recommend Mark's Appliance Repair. I also called two other repair services before finding Mark's Appliance. One service did not work on my brand of refrigerator. The other service didn't have an available appointment until 7 days later. I schedule this service and the price I was quoted was well over the file price I received from Mark."
