The office staff I spoke to was very polite and scheduled my appointment while I was on the phone with her. Mark was available to do the repair Wednesday (48 hours). As promised by the office staff, Mark called me Tuesday evening to schedule a specific time. He gave me a 30 minute window and was right on time. He was very polite and professional. It took him no time to assess the problem and make the repair. He was here for about 1 hour and cleaned up the area after his work was complete. His price point is very reasonable.
