"This store is very professional and relatable to their clients. The only problem, is I had a computer question and it was no employees. I went to someone and they were like “ they will call someone”. I waited more than 20 minutes. Other than that, the general manager, front end, and supervisor were all nice"

"The prices for various PC parts and other items are actually lower than a lot of online prices. Including Amazon. I was surprised. The staff is very attentive but not pushy. They are also very knowledgeable about the products that they offer as well as what they feel would be the best for your particular needs. The store has a much wider selection of items than I had previously thought including appliances.The store is also very tidy, quiet, easy to navigate and organized. The in store prices may not be advertised. Therefore, I strongly advise going in person to ensure you’re getting the best price for electronics and other items. And besides. After what we all went through during the Pandemic Lockdowns. Plus with a lot of us shopping online these days. It just feels good to visit a local store in person to have contact with real merchandise and real humans."

"Think twice before buying from here!! Their return policy is very misleading as corporate customer service will tell you one thing and this store will tell you another. Blaine’s customer service skills definitely need improvement as he acted rude and arrogant when asked questions about the misleading information from customer service. Moving forward I will only buy things at places like Walmart, Target, or Amazon whose pricing is significantly better and return policy is more flexible."
