"BBQ guys lost my business forever. $3600 and they use a third rate shipper that hands off their items from one carrier to another. My Napoleon PRO 665 was to be here yesterday. I am now informed it has been sitting in Portland Oregon and R&L carriers since Saturday and today is Wednesday and is still there. If BBQ guys used a real shipping company like Old Dominion, FedEx, UPS or another cheap company like Oak Harbor the freight does not get moved around from one carrier to another. So now I am being told by the carrier, thanks to BBQ guys that my product probably wont be here till next week. I contacted BBQ guys but are trying to charge me $350 if I have the carrier just send it back from Portland because they could not fulfill the date to get here and now will be next week. I was to leave on Vacation and now can't go on that to wait for this to show up, possibly. If it was a day late, fine but a week and then told I'd have to pay shipping fee's back, don't think so. I guess this is why you buy local! Never Again!"

"I started with local dealer in Orlando, Price and selection seamed off. I called BBQ Guys, the rep was great. She walked me thru selection of sizes and features. She didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. I needed the grill sent within a week and it was received in 4 days. I can’t say enough about the service this company provides, above and beyond price point, they are on their game. I did read the other reviews and most seamed great, being in retail I understand they can’t ship something they don’t have, and to the guy at the beach. I can’t keep PVC from falling apart at the beach. Buy a Weber and replace it every other year for $300 Great Job BBQ Guys (and Gals) L Mancini"

"The experience was honestly very smooth. The company gave me plenty of updates after purchasing. Their grill was very nice. Received a few compliments on how great it looks in person. Put it together in under 10min and I love how easy and simple it is to use. The burners each light themselves by simply turning the knob.
