KFC

"On Feb 18, 2024, my significant other placed a mobile order for 8:30 pm pickup. After check-in at the drive-thru intercom, a female KFC employee instructed me to move forward to the drive-thru window. At the window, I noticed a male KFC employee walking away from the drive-thru window, his pants hanging down as to where everyone can view his underwear (boxer/briefs). He appeared to walk around the front counter to the dining area, but immediately came back, carrying a floor broom on his shoulder. He took the floor broom off his shoulder and rested it against the drive-thru counter, then began to prepare a beverage for my mobile order. He did not wash his hands. He did not don sanitary gloves. When he opened the drive-thru window to pass me a beverage, I asked him for his name. He was reluctant to speak and began to murmur, I had to ask for his name several times. I believe he said his name was, "Marcus Landry", but I'm still not sure. I told Marcus, "you previously grasped a floor broom, but prepared my beverage without gloves or washing your hands. Marcus replied "I did not touch the bottom of the floor broom", then deliberately closed the drive-thru window, and walked away. Nevermind the fact, the mobile order consisted of multiple beverages. I blew my horn for Marcus to return to the drive-thru window, but Marcus completely ignored it as he walked to the dinning area. Eventually, a female KFC employee came to the drive-thru window to address the commotion. I was extremely upset, as I told her this is not the first event where your colleague (Marcus) has closed the drive-thru window on a customer that takes issue with his service. Overhearing my expletive complaint, Marcus left KFC dining area to stand outside in the drive-thru lane, accosting me to exit the automobile, to fight. My significant other deescalated the situation by coercing me to leave the scene and report the altercation to KFC Corporate Management."

"This location was very clean and professional. Well when I first arrived the door was still locked at 10:30 however a sweet employee walked up and let me in (afterI had walked to the drive through for service with no response there either). She mentioned that she was unsure why it was still locked. Chastity; Thank you for being so nice, friendly and accommodating especially after I walked in and another employee yelled from the kitchen ‘ma’am we aren’t open yet’."

"Manager was rude. I came one night and ordered a #4. She asked is that it. I was like for the side an order of fries. She said that’s fine is that it? That’s fine?? Ok lol when I reached the window I asked if it was too late to add a spicy wing meal. No response just the total as she’s punching it in. I was told 7 mins wait. I pulled up along with another car for approximately 15 mins which was still fine. Same manager brings the order out. Hands the bag and walks away. I myself said thank you so much and have a great day. Of course to her back. She never turns around just walks away saying you too. Get home.. wings are ok but the other order the chicken tasted like it’s been sitting there. The meat was stiff. Close to closing soooo. First and very last time coming here."
