"This specific Chili’s is NOT SAFE, service was TERRIBLE, and we were stuck for HOURS. Let me explain… The pinhook location is okay during the day, but once it gets dark, the atmosphere becomes scary. We didn’t know what lied ahead. Me, my boyfriend, and a friend went out for an affordable dinner. We arrive and get seated immediately and we’re nearly the only customers there (it was 8pm). We scope the room and see a group of employees chilling by the kitchen door. We finally order our drinks and wait. We get to order soon after and chat for a few. Suddenly, we hear people getting reckless out in front of the building. A young man ran in and a young woman, employee of chilis, runs out and they are yelling at each other literally about to break in a fight, and the other employees were pulling the girl back and kicking the guy out. We felt like we couldn’t move, we didn’t know what we should do, so we didn’t move and watched. Things finally cool down and we’re at awe at what just happened. Maybe the woman was innocent, because the man came at her at work, but we had no background information obviously. Either way, it took super long to get our food, and when we finally got it, it was barely warm, we didn’t get our appetizer until we left, which was supposed to be cheese sticks and there were only two. I’ve heard many horror stories about this chilis, and the majority usually goes to another location, so please take my word for it. Go the extra ten minutes to go to another location in Lafayette. This one is not worth it, especially at night."

"TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Bartender served us, no refills after telling us she was going to get it, playing on phone in front of us, had to get up to get our own napkins/condiments, apologized to us for the service while washing dishes in front of us but still not ever getting us a single refill or anything we asked the entire time we were there. People came in and never got seated so they left while we were here, which we could hear her laughing about with a table she was serving. This made the experience very uncomfortable which caused us to leave without hardly even eating our food, which was honestly not even the problem. The food was actually good. The service is just so bad I would not ever come to this particular location again. Very rude and made it super uncomfortable and hard to enjoy the food."

"The family and I went the other day. Had a few grandchildren with us. I must say everything was pleasant. Our waitress Ty was very sweet and attentive. The manager Mariah made us feel so welcomed. She even had little conversations with the grandchildren and made them feel very special. This was our first time at this location. The food was delicious and atmosphere extremely delightful. We will definitely be returning"

"The food was not bad, but we had to wait good 10 minutes by the door to be seated. The tables were sticky and not clean, the servers had to clean our table twice to make sure its clean. But other than that everything is decent."

"We went for dinner this weekend. Immediately we wondered what happened to Chili’s. Hardly any cars in the parking lot. We walked in and several light bulbs were burnt out. We were waiting to be seating and the 2 girls were not professional at all. We were seated at a table with a burnt overhead light. There were only 3 tables with people sitting at them, not including us. Once we were seated, we sat for 15 minutes and we weren’t even acknowledged by an employee. We left. No one even bothered to acknowledge that we existed in the restaurant. No one even cared that we were leaving. When we left, the hostess was sitting in a booth playing on her phone. The 2 male waiters seemed to be doing their best but it seemed like they were the only ones working. I really hope the company is hiring staff and managers according to their resume and their skills in the field. But it surely doesn’t seem like it. I’m going miss chilis on Pinhook Rd. I’m guessing it’ll be another place in Lafayette, la that will have to close due to poor management and staff. We have had enough. We all work hard and sometimes want a nice meal in a cool atmosphere that chili’s used to supply. Not at this location. We will have to start going to the other one across town from now on."
