"I don't know why, but everytime I order a sonic blast the center is completely hollowed out. I'm just gonna stick to a different place for dessert. Their burgers are OK. Fries are trash, but the tots are good. They always skimp on the dessert."

"I didn't choose 5 stars because the young lady that served my food too me appeared to be in an upset mood about something. I didn't question her; instead gave her a few dollars tip. Maybe I came at the wrong time or the moment the young lady was having a bad day. Her attitude did show thru her body language/facial expression & the negative ability to provide excellent customer service. The food I ordered was excellent. The atmosphere seemed okay other than the young lady being upset. I don't know if it has anything to do with her job or a matter from home. All I can say is, when dealing with the general public, please leave your personal life, feelings, & emotions at the door upon arriving to your job. What if & yeah it's a huge "IF" I were a Sonic's scouter or secret food orderer testing out restaurants that Sonic's headquarters got news of negative reviews?"

"Everything was cold and bad. The burger, fries, tots, all feel like they'd been sitting out for at least an hour. Instead of remaking the shake they got wrong, they brought us some syrup. Most bad service I can understand, this was just confusing."

"Food was made with old oil, since according to the employees their shipment of oil had not come in. The food didn't look good and definitely did not taste good."

"This is the worst Sonic establishment I've ever been to. They consistently get our order wrong, burn things and forget items. Today was the last straw, I waited a combined total of 45 minutes for my order to be taken and delivered even though there were very few other customers, and then it was undercooked. Avoid this one if you can."
