"We love to order from KOK.. today we placed a large order for our office and they sent me a shareable instead of the pressure pack that I ordered. I contacted them and the manager had us some fresh food dropped, she delivered it herself and they definitely exceeded our expectations!!! THAT is customer service!!! "I came in to place a to-go order (on the kiosk myself bc that’s how they do) & i asked if i could have a drink while i waited. i pointed at the bar & the take-out person said “yeah” so i assumed somebody was working behind the bar … i never saw a bartender. never saw a drink. never was asked if i still wanted a drink. i waited about 15 minutes in complete silence for my food. i was the only one in there that didn’t work there. it was actually extremely awkward. the food is good though."
"We tried several sauces and they were all great. Sin and KK were my favorite! Fish sliders are amazing!!! Wings are delicious, and the fries are great. Our waitress was super sweet. Great atmosphere. Good drinks."
