"Our food was good, I had red beans and rice, which was slightly warm, pretty much cold when it arrived at my table. My husband had the pork pasta dish, which was really delicious. The temperature of the pasta dish wasn't hot it was the same as my red beans. We arrived at this restaurant when it first opened so i'm not sure why the temperature of our food wasn't right."
"Had a late lunch here with family last weekend and this was all of our first time here. I've heard good and bad reviews but I always want to experience places on my own. It was a very busy Saturday afternoon but it did not take long at all to get seated. The atmosphere is nice, a mix of different styles but it's a lot of seating inside and out. Our server Angela was amazing. She was very attentive and had great suggestions. We had a lot of appetizers and still ordered food which was brought home lol. Drinks were good, food was hot and fresh. I will definitely be back again to try more from the menu."
"I truly enjoyed the food and the service. It is a very laid-back environment, similar to Walk On, but better. They have a wonderful outdoor seating area that includes a fireplace. They have an outstanding liquor bar. I tried the Sweet Heat margarita. It consisted of jalapeño tequila and infused strawberries, very good. There is ample parking for regular and handicap. There is also a wheelchair ramp. I will definitely go again."
"Ok, this place is really beautiful. Great Date vibes. Our waitress was very attentive. We never had to ask her for drink refill. The bathroom stalls were really clean, and there was no gap between stalls. That was very nice. The tile on the bathroom floor, I thought, was so cute. They looked like little flowers. Now that I've got all the positive out of the way, let's talk about all the negative. I'm not sure why plates were wet that we were supposed to put or fried mozzarella balls on. The center of the balls was cold. The dip was actually really good. The flavor of the grilled chicken was really good, but the wheat bread was not. The veggie wasn't very good. Not cooked long enough still pretty hard. My daughter got the red beans and rice it was extremely bland. Mac and cheese was good. Burger was good, not great. They did have the good fries. Salads were good, but they can't go wrong there. For 3 people each a meal and cheese balls it was $72 before tip. I just don't think it wasn't worth the money."
"The service was great. Very friendly and helpful. The seating is arranged well, and the building decor is top notch. Fish and steak were cooked perfectly. Oysters were good, some were smaller size. New item of alligator chili was very delicious, but wish it was served with hush puppies or cornbread instead of regular bread. Really didn't care for the jambalaya, it was kind of creamy and tasted like a mix of boudin and rice a roni . Will definitely be back."
