"Asked the server to check on our food because its been very long time and we had to leave soon, because our son was getting fussy because of the long wait. She brought the check for our drinks and son's kids meal just because we order it with our drinks and ask to bring first and we got no food. Terrible service waited over an hour with my family to get no food and terrible service. We will never come back to such a rude server and terrible customer service. We picked this place thinking it was family friendly. If you have little ones not a good option, be ready to wait for a long time for your food."

"It had been at least 40 years since I ate here! Loved it in the late 1970 & 1980’s!! Today, The burger was on point! Grill taste, buttered toasted buns, smallest is 1/4 lb, just right for a small burger with not a huge bun. Fries were perfectly fried and seasoned. Problem with smell…of restaurant, musky, old grease, grim. Vents are very dirty near ceiling, bricks on wall were dark and appeared dirty near floor. The kitchen is open so public can watch. I’m not a fan. Seems like all the smell from kitchen flows into dining area. A good cleaning will make this a 5 star review."

"The fried catfish fillets were battered and fried to perfection! Seasoned just right. Enjoyed the onion rings. The entire meal is at a good price point. Definitely will return soon!"

"Sign of the times. Haven't eaten here in about a year, the location isn't as convenient as it used to be. While they have renovated, everything else has downsized. Got my usual grilled chicken with cheese. The chicken is half the size and you couldn't find the cheese. Back in day the chicken hung over the bun and you had enough cheese for two sandwiches and your fries. Today the fries were burnt to crisp. A shame to good restaurant. Update. Much better, portions and quality. Server, Mallory was superb."

"Visited for lunch for the first time at this location. We were greeted promptly and were told we could sit anywhere of our choosing. As they do with all customers, we were given a little container of whole roasted peanuts to snack on while waiting for our meal to come out. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Me and my wife ordered onion rings for an appetizer which were very good with the sauce that came with them. Burgers are the main attraction here so no surprise on what we ordered. Our burgers were cooked to our liking and served with fresh crispy fries. I recommend this place for a good burger and will be returning."
