"THE WORST SUB I HAVE EVER HAD !!! i am a subway lover so this is not normal. i’m furious. me and my boyfriend decided to pick up some subway tonight because we didn’t feel like cooking. after arriving home. we discovered that our subs were as thin as paper. we both order chicken bacon ranch on flat bread. we had barely any chicken half the amount of bacon and they were dry. we asked for extra things and received less than normal quantities. i have never had a bad experience with subway so this makes me so upset. just getting off work and not eating all day to having to eat something that simply doesn’t taste the same as normal or good at all."

"Went yesterday to the subway by rouses in Lafayette. I ended walking out without my sandwich. The lady that was making my sandwich asked if I wanted it toasted and I told her no but she toasted it anyway because she was busy talking to another employee and not paying attention to the customers."

"The girl had an extremely bad attitude and literally rolled her eyes when I walked in. She was on her phone cursing as she was talking to someone. The other girl didn’t even acknowledge me and just looked at me and had an attitude the entire time. I don’t usually post this type of stuff but this was ridiculous"

"I ordered food from there yesterday for delivery because they deliver now. I never got my food! apparently their machines were down but they charged my account. And told me it would take 2 to 3 days to get my money back I will never go back to Subway on Bertrand again"

"This is my lunch time location. I have tried other location and NONE compares to the service. The store is nice and clean. The service is great! Orders are made perfectly. Even with the lunch crowd the service is still awesome."
