"Usually order in drive thru but wanted to eat inside , lwaited for someone to take my order but no one came, a cook pointed out to a worker someone was at the counter, she looked at me didn’t greet me then continued to ignore me. Left and went somewhere else. At a bare minimum all they had to do was talk to me and tell me it would be a few min wait but they couldn’t be bothered."
"The KFC I went to on Johnston was wonderful. The employees they had in there really helped me out service was impeccable there restaurant was clean and they were having fun so it bought my spirt up. Overall a great experience and I will definitely go back."
"Drive-thru was busy. The wait was 20 minutes for the buffalo wings bone-in. It was fresh and delicious. The cashier was friendly and brought the food to me with a smile."
"They deserve a negative score for the poor service. Went to drive-thru just before lunch and was told they only had legs. Wanted to charge full price because for 2 legs and side, when I proceeded to explain that isn't our fault the guy at window ask if potatoes were fine for a side. I responded, well im afraid if I say no we'll have another problem. He tells me to leave he won't serve me. We go inside, he threatened to call the cops. They have the worst customer service I've experienced in fast food."
