"Sales staff was really nice and friendly they only take cash or checks no debit or credit cards store was very clean has lots of merchandise to chose from."
"Have been there several times when it says it should have been open and it Was closed. Would like to drop off donations after work but they close early. Can’t drop donations off on Saturday because they are closed. Don’t want to drop off nice things in the back to get ruined in rain. So have to bring elsewhere. Would like to see open on Saturday’s even if only for 4 to 5 hours to take donations from people that work because I would rather donate to Arc instead of other places."
"I love them I hope nothing ever changes there they really are nice in there also how they can help changes my life restores my self worth love then to death love the clothes and everything they provide"
"I go here several times a year--I sometimes bring donations, and I always look around while I am there. They are the only place that will take my hangers! The staff is super nice, and so appreciative! It really is a pleasure to go there."
"One word for this place, EW! Went in to look for a shirt, inside is a jumbled clutter with clothing on one side and junk on the other. Most of the clothes are stained or have very large holes, very few shoes are wearable and most should have been thrown. The store smelled like urine, but when I asked for a bathroom I was told there wasn't one. Will not be returning!"
