"BEWARE!! male cashier ripped me off! I arrived at 3:07pm. Lunch pricing goes until 3:30p. It used to be 4:00pm. Cashier charged me Supper price, then pulled the "me no speak English" thing when I confronted him about it. I WILL NOT BE BACK!! Just beware and double check your receipt."

"Just nasty. Not a big selection. I only took 2 bites and was disgusted. Me and my mom together, the total was almost $50. $50?! I could have went to fast food and got better for WAY LESS!! The food is trash. Doesn’t appear to he real meat."

"I am not a big fan of Chinese buffet's, but the Tang Buffet in Gonzales was so darn good! I took my mom there for her 86 birthday and we both were taken back with the quality, freshness and variety of food offered on their buffet! There was not one single dish that was not outstanding indeed! I did not expect the seafood dishes offered to taste amazing! They put their own twist to coconut shrimp, so good! Stuffed crabs were very tasty and the crab casserole was excellent and seasoned perfect! Very impressed to say the least! High quality food, I highly recommend the Tang Buffet! "Nice quiet place for a quick bite.... It's your Standard Chinese Buffet with a large variety of foods... Some of the sushi is good, though nothing is really labeled, so if I couldn't tell what was in there, I didn't eat it. Service is quick, drinks stay full, and there is plenty of parking... Good quality food, reasonable price."
