"this has been my go to spot for Clouds for a while now! HPS became my local spot when they had a pair of Novas you couldn't even get online at the time. the ladies inside are always super helpful and the store is very clean! HJ has probably the biggest OnCloud selection in town and you can even order online! stopped in yesterday for an emergency work shoe purchase and it was quick and easy. 10/10"
"Placed an order with them on December 23rd and finally picked up my order on February 24th. I am not leaving a bad review on the product and it being on back order, I am leaving a negative review on their lack of customer communication. After my fourth time of me calling them only for them to tell me “we will check on them, should only be two more weeks” I was disappointed in their customer service. All I am saying is when you order something from them and it is on back order I wouldn’t hold your breath for any type of update on how long before it comes in."
