"We've been here several times, and it's okay. Tonight though is our last time. All of our food was either undercooked, cold or soggy. We did sit next to a group of Karens and their ill behaved kids, and I know that was part of the problem where our food sat and sat for over 35 minutes. I get being understaffed but management needs to get it together. Management needs to check their cameras and fire the ones who stand by, chit chat and then hide when customers walk by. It's a disgrace to have multiple people on the clock but just one person working her tail off."
"My Granddaughter wanted IHOP for her birthday breakfast so off we went! The place was packed with people going to the parade. They got us seated in a short wait. The menu no longer had her choice of pancakes. However, our server April took extra steps to put a smile on her face with a surprise topping on her pancakes. Thank you for that! She ate every bite!!"
"Don’t go there!! We brought our son’s food because he has food issues and they told us we can bring it in. We had 2 other people eating with us there but still they refused to let us go in the dining area so we left and went to Waffle House. I will tell everyone about ihop do not go there that’s just disrespectful"
"Had the Spicy Poblano Benedict. Was a good choice. Very spicy! Pushed a few of the peppers to the side to go with my hashbrowns and even left some behind. Shredded beef in it was tasty too. Kids liked their pancakes. Gf was really happy with her French toast as well. Coffee was hot and tasted like coffee, and I thought the choice in ketchup for the table was a subtle plus as well (Simply Heinz). Server was very attentive and provided excellent care."
"I recently dined in during breakfast hours and had a pleasant experience on a Sunday. The waitress that served me and my date had semi-attitude. She ended up leaving shortly after serving because come to find out she was sick. The food was tasty. The temperature was on point. The server that replaced the previous one was a sweetheart. I’ll dine in again."
