"This place has a wide variety of clothing for sure! Great location too! Girls were nice and helpful. I had bought a dress in June to wear for work in august. Yes, I teach. Upon washing it for the first time it shrunk. I have a speed queen washer and I used the hand wash cycle. Not sure what happened. It appeared to just be a fluke. When I visited the store, they claimed to have no other complaints. I sat for an hour while they steamed it. This made it somewhat better. Staff member called the owner twice in Houma. Owner was adamant that she could do nothing to help me since it was a June purchase. There was an identical dress in the store that showed a longer length and she would not let me exchange. I was highly disappointed with the customer service. I am a previous Talbots employee and they taught me to always keep the customer happy and they will come back. This place is fine losing customers. A little too confident, in my opinion."
"I usually love JuJu’s and tell all of my friends to go here but the past two times I have shopped there the employees have been rude and looked like they were miserable. I love their clothes but unfortunately won’t be returning to this location."
"Went once and never again. When I came in they never said when I check out there was no return on the item so when I went to make a return bc It didn’t fit they told me there was no money return all they can do is put it on a gift card I even told her I was not told this and she said that was there policy."
"This place is a JOKE the staff is disgusting and very unprofessional, I attended the "boutique " earlier and while my mom was browsing inside , only looking at an item the staff started snickering and laughing at her because of her appearance. I hope all your customers dont get treated this way , but we will never be attending again. My mother is already critical of herself and you should be mindful if you attend"
"I came to JuJu’s today and was greeted immediately by the sweet girls! They helped me pick the perfect dress and I was hugely impressed that they were not trying to over-accessorize my outfit; but instead picked out the perfect pieces that would tie the entire outfit together!! GREAT people, service, and selection!"
