"I ordered curbside but ended up walking in to grab my food after waiting for 10 minutes. My food was off to the side in the corner in a bag and others were inside waiting for their orders too. I didn’t check my food (my mistake), and I arrived home and realized that they left off a side, my ranch, and they overcooked my husband’s steak. Two positives: the food that I did receive was tasty and the person who handed it to me was nice. Overall, I don’t plan to order here curbside again."

"We came in at 9:15, they don’t close until 11. We waited for a host to come sit us for over 15 minutes. No one even greeted us or acknowledged our presence while we were standing at the host stand waiting to be seated. I had to grab the waiter’s attention to ask him for a seat. I started to seat myself but I knew that would only cause more issue. Can’t expect from a Chilis though. I would give 0 stars for service if I could."

"This place needs some management. Too many people running around doing nothing. Front of the house is in bad shape. Kitchen is running around with no expo. Wait times are crazy and quality is inconsistent. Might be my last time. Denham site is much better and one exit away."

"I wish I could leave a review without posting any stars. on 2/22/2024 myself & my husband was wanting to dine in for "National Margarita Day". It was a 15-20 min wait which is fine. The bar was open and only 1 couple was seated along with a 1 individual. I asked the hostess if we could sit at the bar, as she in return asked the bartender, the bartender told her no because "she was the only bartender and she was making drinks for the entire restaurant", which I did not understand because ultimately that's her job. Maybe seven - ten mins later another couple walks in & went straight to the bar. They were served I then asked the bar tender why could we not sit there since they could as I reiterated what she stated to the hostess. She blatantly lied to me as if I had not heard her with my own ears state "she was not adding anyone to the bar". I contacted corporate via email about my issue and was given a $15 gift card. LOL. If this is how you guys treat your customers ITS UNACCEPTABLE. It actually ridiculous."

"Edit to add: So I decided to give it another try and the service has gotten worse in my opinion this place is ran down and short staffed, the food is not so great! Don't waste your time or money going here! I haven't been to Chili's in quite a while because the last time we went the service wasn't that great! I was surprised to see how much things have changed, the service was great, the food was so so, my daughter ordered pasta and it was cold, she had to wait on her garlic toast and that was cold as well! Overall, it wasn't that bad. I definitely will give another try."
