Makes sure to remember names and orders to make sure customers have a great experience. This has been our go to spot for a very long time, great food & great atmosphere."

"If I could rate this place lower than a one I would. My server Tristian was absolutely AMAZING. However, the manager is absolutely awful. He approached my table very aggressively and honestly the experience left a more distasteful flavor in my mouth than the stale fries. My friends and I came in and there were not one, not two, but THREE PEOPLE at the host stand who sat us to our table, and we walked in with a drink and water bottle. No one said a thing about it, yet he felt the need to quickly run up to our table and LOUDLY tell us drinks weren’t allowed, that’s it. Did not tell us an “I’m sorry” or “you’ll have to remove this please”. Then came back five minutes later, placed his hand onto our table and spoke down to us and yelled “YOU NEED TO GET RID OF THESE NOW”. As if someone, or even him, told us what to do with a WATER bottle. Jacob has given me the wonderful pleasure of never walking back into this building again. As a manager, you set a terrible example to your workers and I hope when your phone is needing to be charged, it doesn’t work."

"Burgersmith was a nice spot to get a bite to eat with the family. They had something for everyone's taste. The service was easy for walking in to place a to go order. They had menus available and a bar for drinks while you waited. I had the sirloin burger and garlic fries which was delicious. It's definitely a spot to try again."
