But I went 2 nights in a row, and the staff was really nice, but when I ordered a 3 piece original. 1st night i was told wait 30 mins or just take extra crispy which tasted really old, and night 2 I ordered the same and was told they could only give me a breast and 2 legs. I got the order home, and I found out it was extra crispy again. No original"

"This location is garbage. Old chicken mixed with fresh chicken then when I called to complain the manager got smart with me and hung up in my face. I called back and she picked the phone up and hung it up again. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. No wonder so many locations are closing down, look at who runs the locations. I don’t care what you sell customer service is the face of any business."

"We placed a large order online today. My husband and son went to pick it up. Everything was correct, fresh and hot. My husband raved about the service he received while they picked the order up also. He said they were very nice and even helped him out with our order."

"Update : I have been 5 times since the original post and not once disappointed. They were consistently good, but yall, they don't stop they stay busy. Please understand they get wiped out of chicken fast. We had to wait 30 minutes one lunch time because right as we got there they had just sold out and were dropping more. About 20 minutes into the wait they had to start letting people know all the chicken from the batch being cooked was sold out. It isn't their fault that everyone buys it as fast as they can make it. I have never once had a bad attitude. Please remember a kind attitude gets a kind response. I just realized my office is by this location! Let me start by saying be grateful the video I took didn't load because you'd have liked the screen. The chicken was hot, juicy, breaded to perfection. The coleslaw was cold and the mashed potatoes and gravy were piping hot. I was greeted by the sweet, smiling face of Ms. Tawanda. She helped me make the best selection for me. She was so kind to me and even stopped by to make sure my food was good while she cleaned. The team in the back worked very hard! As bust as they were, the orders came up very quickly. Not a single complaint could be heard while I dined in. Everyone's order was right, everyone was happy, and Ms. Tawanda made sure everyone left her register happy and with a smile."
