"Can't never get what you order. I will not visit this location ever again. I ask for jalapeños and get 3. Last week I ask for a sweet tea and got a water down diet coke."

"Went to drive through and ordered, got to the window and presented a coupon. Was told that I should have mentioned the coupon when ordering. Was told to drive around and mention the coupon. I’d did that and was told that I should have mentioned the coupon first at the speaker. Then was refused so I just left. This is horrible service!!!!"

"What has happened to this place, it is horrible, I don't remember the last time they have had a good working staff. I know good help is hard to find "they say" but has it gotten so bad that you hire in education, lack of respect, no sense of moral or just anything. We have stayed away for a while then thinking just maybe a change had taken place at this location, and then it comes rushing in why do I even try with this place. This time is the last from no ice for your drinks but yet you still offering hot drinks, to why are you even working here if your facial expression says leave me the hell along, not to mention the floor is so sticky like you are also out of water to mop the floors, wait did I mention the homeless man sleeping in your restaurant next to the kids play ground, and the area for the condiments and accessories was just nasty. Who is the owner who is responsible or who just don't give a care. To say it's next to a Raising Cains and now a Starbucks is just a disgrace to them, Amazon workers don't even want them there. Because of the area doesn't mean you serve and look the part, we work in the area to, and we do our part to keep them coming. This Burger King needs to go."

"I'm really beginning to think, being rude and ignoring customer orders is just part of the traing for this store. Every time my order is incorrect. Ordered without pickles, they add extra pickles. Order a large onion ring, you get a small or medium even though you paid for the large. It's been months since the last time I was here. Maybe it's just time to give up for good. There's a Raising Caines right next door, maybe they can do better than this place!"

"It took 1.5 hours from start to finish, dine in. Waited 18 minutes inside to be 3rd person in line to order. Fries were both undercooked and cold by the time we got them. Ordered a bacon burger with only catchup. They forgot the bacon. 43 minutes in, I finally got my hot fries. Oh and the drink machine only offered 2 drinks, both diet and water. Had to inconvenience the staff for a drink from behind the counter 7 minutes later. Very unsatisfied...."
