"Horrible curbside experience. If the employees are going to completely ignore the service, they can remove the option on the app. I ordered curbside and checked in at the time it said it would be ready. 15 mins after checking in my order had still not come out, and I was parked right in front of the store. I saw they weren't doing anything, so I went inside. Sure enough, my order was sitting by itself with the big "CURBSIDE" label. No one greeted me when I first walked in, and it was after 2 minutes of being ignored that they finally asked me what I needed, and I told them I had a curbside order. They handed it to me like it was just a regular pickup order. If the employees are going to just completely be above bringing orders to cars, when it is an advertised option, this needs to be communicated to customers, or removed as an option altogether."

"The Towne Center Jersey Mike's location is a model of efficiency and customer service. The staff is well-organized, with each member clearly understanding their role, whether it's manning the grill, preparing the bread and meat, or adding the toppings. I was particularly impressed by their ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously, including mobile orders, while still maintaining a high level of engagement with customers. Despite my preoccupation with a phone call, the staff remained extremely courteous, taking the time to confirm my order preferences. Their commitment to cleanliness was also commendable, with constant cleaning of surfaces throughout my brief visit. This location truly exemplifies the best of Jersey Mike's."

"I can't believe I waited so long to try Jersey Mikes! It is literally one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten! I got the ham on Rosemary Parmesan bread with Ms. Vickie's Sea Salt & Vinegar chips, which pairs so nicely together. I literally can't stop thinking about this delicious combo and can't wait to go back!"

"This place was 5 stars until it was sold to new ownership. We ate there every week. I've watched this place drop its service atmosphere and its food to one star. I told myself after SEVERAL visits that I would keep giving this place a second chance. After ordering a giant chicken philly, 1/3 of my sandwich was without meat. I highly recommend another location as I will be using another location after today."
