The Salad Station

"Ordered food and opened the bag to find a roach running around. Squished it but won’t be eating my salad cause now I have the ick :("

"Horrible service. I ordered lunch at 11:15 and the delivery time stated 25-45 minutes. It arrived at 12:45 which is 15 minutes after my scheduled lunch break. So i couldn't eat until 3pm which was next break. And to my surprise, my $48 order was wrong. I called the store at 3:12 and spoke with the manager that said she would deliver it. I told her to be to my job between 4:45-5pm. After being lied to about where she was, I had to leave without my food at 5:20pm. To be clear I even sent a text message to the manager reminding her to be to my job between 4:45-5pm. This isn't how you do business but her excuse to me was that her employee gave me the wrong order, as if it's not her fault...management needs to learn how to manage."

"Lana the manager is very sweet and helpful. Went out of her way to help me. The employees were very nice and greeted me when I walked In. Asked how my day was and smiled the entire time. Store was very clean and fresh well stocked. Will definitely make this my to go place for eating and letting my family and friends know they need to go try out that location."

"Working super hard to become vegan and be in my best shape and health of my life. New to town, from Houston, was missing Sweetgreen. Thought I found a substitute. First I came to this location bc I found I loved the fried pita bread, drove to several locations. No one had it, but the third location, not this one…cooked it. Came to this location today, thinking they’d have pita bread. No, but I was like oh well, let me get my salad anyway. So I get my salad, I use olive oil. There was some golden oil, marked olive oil. Tasted not like olive oil. No problem. Won’t let it ruin my day. I ordered soup. That’s where I messed up. I’m loving the veggie soup. I’m going in. Why tf had I put a bit in my mouth, my brain trying to correct it, a thought occurs that it’s just spinach and the anxious, OCD part screamed NO! ITS A ROACH! So I gag and cough up what’s about to go down my throat. Praying it’s not a roach. I’ve consumed almost the whole container. I look at the spoon, removing the food to see the shell of a roach, with a 2 legs attached. I was refunded but the knowledge that I ate roach stew is enough to keep me away from this place. That was the last straw!"

"This place is amazing. My 7 year old daughter and I have been there everyday for the past month. I love the different variety of salads I can make. I love the variety between hot and cold meals and also the SOUPS❤. The environment is amazing, clean and staff is helpful and friendly. Definitely my favorite place."
