"Update: September 21, 2023 Cava!!! Why hast thou forsaken me? I did a pickup order after 2pm. I figured I would be considerate and stop in after the lunch rush. Big mistake. My bowl was skimpy and my free pita was nowhere to be found. I’m disappointed. No bueno. My order was almost $20. This was not a good transaction. August 15, 2023 I built my own bowl. The food was so good. The ingredients tasted fresh. The line was so long, as expected, since it was after 11:30, but before 12:15 on a Monday afternoon. The line was worked down pretty fast."

"Popped in to get a quick healthy meal, which turned into an hour long wait. I understand they were busy, but as I got closer to the front I saw what the real issue was. There we’re staff members standing there not doing anything. Where majority of the work fell on one person. That’s not fair! At one point there were 3 employees huddled by the register, while one person did everything. What made it worse is the manager sat by watching everything not jumping in to help or direct anyone. I love the food but the service was just unacceptable then when I final got to the register the girl had an attitude. Honestly I have food at home and that’s where my money will be staying."

"Very modern with high ceilings and nothing to dampen the noise. VERY LOUD. Staff is exceedingly friendly, engaging and helpful. The food was delicious, fresh and light, but it is a little pricey for a salad. The forks are made from plant starch but there's no recycling and no compostability info regarding the forks to be found. All waste is thrown in the garbage. So it's kind of like healthy planet virtue signaling... it all ends up in a landfill. Worth trying not sure if I will be a regular though."
