"This used to be an efficient quick lunch stop with friendly staff. Now it is a dumpster fire ran by Noone in particular it seems. The food is not quick or efficient the staff is rude and the last 3 times my order has been incorrect and taken an excess of my lunch period just to get the wrong thing and not have time to get it corrected. Do not recommend at all."

"Only meal I had today after a very stressful day I ordered a Biggie Bag. Assuming the guys would’ve taken good care of me, I got a Biggie Bag of cold food. Only thing warm were the nuggets. Sandwich bread was soggy on bottom and hard af on top, not to mention it didn’t have any bacon on it as it should’ve had on the sandwich, with a mountain of ketchup on it and it was all COLD. Nobody seemed to care either I called multiple times. my only reason for not turning around was pure desperation for something I thought was good to eat. But after that experience I don’t think I could ever go back to the Essen location if it was the only thing open at least not on the night shift and recommend others to do the same. On top of that they made me pull up and wait for cold food. Like why? it’s honestly ridiculous the service I got tonight."

"Horrible experience. First of all, when you get to the window the speaker does not work so you can barely hear anyone. After trying to place my order over the speaker I ended up just pulling up to the window. I told them face to face my order to ensure it’s correct. They still gave me the wrong drink, and messed up my burger. AND then to top all that off, I did not see any barbecue sauce in my bag, and told them I needed it with my chicken nuggets. A taller black lady, possibly a manager, says “I put a bbq sauce in there don’t give her another one” as the lady in the window was giving me one. Soo very unprofessional, do not go to the location unless you want to be greeted by rude, sorry workers/managers and receive incorrect orders."

"The pretzel bun was excellent! The meat patty was very good. The fried onions and bacon were very good. The food lube mayo/sauce was not appetizing. I should have had them leave that off. The fries were not fresh. But I will be back to try it again without the sauce. That pretzel bun was one of the best I've had."
