"Never have I been treated so poorly as I was treated yesterday. The new owner refused to honor an exchange for a defective item purchased through the previous owner as it was outside of her new 14 day exchange policy. I purchased it in August, gifted it in November and just got it returned to me for the exchange as promised by the then owner. I had no idea that the business had been sold and said promise was not going to honored. Sadly, I will no longer patronize this small business. I will no longer advise friends and family to shop there. SC just lost more than $55."

"Service was terrible. No greeting when we walked in or out of the store. It was absolutely astonishing how none of the three employees that were doing nothing there, couldn’t provide the most basic customer service. Safe to say, I will not be returning."

"I came in the store and purchased two pairs of shoes! Upon purchasing the CSR stated that the shoes can only be returned with even exchange. I went the next day to return both pairs of shoes because one pair was to small and the other pair of shoes one was to small and the other was to big. As I explained what was going on to the CSR she then stated that I couldn’t return them because my size wasn’t available nor could I get them in a different color. So I’m basically stuck with two different size shoes. Never will be returning!"
