"I walked into restaurant and stood by the hostess stand for over 5 minutes waiting to get acknowledged. I finally decided to walk to the to-go area where a lady was. I asked if someone was working the front because I waiting to be seated and her attitude wasn’t the best. I ended up walking out to go to another location. Decent customer service isn’t hard to give."

"Dissatisfied. Visited at an off-peak time with seemingly adequate staff in front and back of the restaurant. During my visit, I observed 5 occupied tables with a max of 15-18 guests and 3 waiters/servers for all people plus kitchen staff. The wings delivered to the table after a long wait and were all cold, the celery was dirty, and the servers largely inattentive. The music was quite loud, so loud that I was unable to hear the person seated across from me as they talked directly to me. This is my third visit at this restaurant and each time has been… disappointing. I do not recommend this location of BWW."

"First time here and it's was the best experience our family have ever had at a bww. Food was hot and fresh. The wings were awesome, fries were great and our waitress was really good."

"My nephew and son decided to give it a try for lunch. They wanted to try the blazin wings challenge and we'd never been there so I thought wth? I'm gna start with the three dip trio and chips. The salsa (and I use the term VERY loosely) tasted like smth you'd dip your mozzarella sticks in. The guacamole (omg NO) was a smashed up avocado no flavor, no taste. The queso was decent. I'd give it 3/5. I ordered the buffalo wings which were sauced nicely, but the flavor wasn't hitting right for a place specializing in wings. I was severely upset that the ranch dipping sauce tasted like hidden valley right out the bottle string wang of preservatives and all. It's bad to say the best thing on my plate was the fries. My son won the blazin wings challenge and got some nice prizes so the trip wasn't a total waste."

"Parking was difficult and patronage was light Inside so obviously people were going to other places. Friday night too. Waited a long time to be served drink and food. Three chicken fingers and fries plus one beer..$20."
