"It is a nice restaurant. I had the combo of shrimp, snow crab cluster, and sausages with mixed flavor on medium spicy level. The food was tasty and fresh except the sausage was salty."

"I recently visited Fiery Crab and was taken aback by the staff's rudeness. The food was delicious, served hot and ready in less than 10 mins flat. But It was disappointing to see that the bar closed 40 minutes before the restaurant's closing time. My waitress Makesha G seemed hurried and rushed me with my order, lacking friendliness and warmth. This experience has left me with no desire to return. I felt as though the waitress was eager to go home, constantly reminding me that I had only 10 minutes to place my order, even after waiting for someone to acknowledge me for 10 minutes. The establishment clearly needs to improve their customer service skills and provide better training to their staff. Overall, it was an unwelcoming experience."

"Where to even start. The Food I ordered the Fried Seafood Platter and a small Gumbo Soup. Gumbo Soup I was expecting a small bit the serving was much more than that. I was pleasantly surprised. You get a heaping serving of gumbo Soup with a side of white rice. There were plenty of chunks of crawfish and shrimp in the soup. It was seasoned perfectly and not too salty The Fried Seafood Platter This consisted of three pieces each of fried jumbo shrimp, fried catfish, and fried oysters. It also included a side of fries of your choice (I chose the sweet potatoes fries), crab meat salad, and hush puppies. The batter used for the catfish and jumbo shrimp were seasoned and tasted great on their own without the tartar sauce. The hush puppies were a burst of flavor once you bite through the crunchy outer shell. The platter is highly recommended if you want to try all of the fried seafood options. The Service The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you Natalie for being attentive and providing top-notch service. The Atmosphere My only complaint is the cleanliness of the napkin dispenser at my table. It was greasy and caked with seasoning/sauce from the last customer(s). Overall though, it is a well-lit, lively atmosphere. I will definitely come back again."

"Pretty decent seafood , so much foood . No complaints . Crab ragoons aren’t the best, crab cakes are huge and filling, pretty decent. Combo #1 is more than enough for 1 person , I couldn’t finish it probably due to appetizers. The fried fish was so soft and hot , just melted with each bite, the basket was worth it, we were able to substitute oysters with more shrimp. Good amount of food , husband couldn’t finish his food either."
