"The food was fresh and tasty. However, when I arrived, the counter person was taking phone orders so I decided to scan the qrcode and try their new online ordering which said ready in 5 mins. Let's just say, I should have ordered at the window. I watched people come, order at the window, get their food in 5 mins. After watching at least 5 orders go out, I asked about my online order and was told it was coming. Well, after watching many more orders go out to those that ordered at the window I was told several more times that it was being worked on. One of the guys told me I had a large order. NOPE, just 3 fish strip plates. Anyway, I will give them grace because it is a new system but they should probably check the time stamps on orders so they can get them out quickly. I live out of state and Tom's was recommended because it is tasty, affordable, and has super quick service. I witnessed the super quick service just didn't get a chance to experience it."
"I called in my family's order and after repeating it multiple times qnd to make it all the way home and it's STILL WRONG! I CALLED THE STORE AND WAS TOLD HE WOULD CORRECT IT. I LOAD UP THE WRONG ORDER AND HEAD BACK TO THE STORE FROM ZACHARY. AFTER HANDING THEM THE ORDER BACK, THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME I OWED THEM $9.00 MORE. I ASKED THEM HOW MUCH WERE THEY GOING TO COMPENSATE ME FOR MY GAS. CLEARLY THEY THOUGHT I WAS FOOL. I TOLD HIM TO REFUND ME MY MONEY AND IM QUITE SURE THOSE CATFIS NUGGETS THEY TRY TO PASS OFF AS STRIPS WERE SOLD TO SOMEONE AS SOON ASI LEFT. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN THAT PLACE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST."
