"Midtap 660 Arlington Creek Centre Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70820 I came here for the soft opening with my foodie group, and wow, oh wow, it was DELICIOUS! Everything was yummy, but what really stole the spotlight for me was the Chicken Tikka Sandwich and Bang Bang Shrimp! Even before chewing the chicken tikka sandwich, the flavor and texture were on point! I highly recommend it! And I recommend giving this place a shot! 1. Big Boss Nachos Fried chicken tossed in tikka masala served over our signature mac n cheese, topped with spicy green chutney. 2. Loaded Fries Starts with Shoe String Fries, Zesty queso, and freshly sliced jalapeños but you choose how to finish. 3. Chicken Tikka Sandwich (favorite) Brioche Bun, grilled onions, tikka sauce, green chutney served with shoestring fries. 4. Grilled Cheese Bites Cheddar cheese with freshly sliced jalapeños served with homemade sriracha cream sauce. 5. Bang Bang Shrimp Battered shrimp tossed in zesty bang bang sauce. 6. Southwest Eggrolls Black beans, corn, onions, green chiles, cheese, & jalapenos in a flour tortilla. "Came in on Sunday after Mid Tap had been closed for the renovation for sometime. I love that mid tap is one of the few places in town that actually does bottomless mimosas. I had been to brunch here a few times along with some nights for BS Bingo before. I think the new renovation looks great but I had some issues with the way the new business model was set up. They did away with the host stand, it was seat yourself, and you now order food through your phone. I guess they want to move towards a more traditional bar set up which is fine but we really didn’t get any information from the staff of this change in set up. It was kind of annoying that I couldn’t order drinks from the app and would have to get up from my table and go to the bar to order a drink. Even for a glass of water. And like I said, this would have been fine had we been informed by the staff but we were kind of waiting around for someone to wait on us before we figured it out ourselves. The high top tables are also pretty small for 3 people even though there are 3 chairs. The staff never came and picked up our plates either when we were done, we just sat them on the bar. It’s like I’m not sure what service I am tipping for if the staff isn’t taking orders or waiting on us in anyway. I enjoy what Mid Tap offers but this my feedback."

"This is the best hangout place!! It’s a great atmosphere and wonderful staff! Brunch is a 10/10! My friends and I love bringing our dogs to chill with us and the staff are so welcoming to them!"

"Outstanding experience. It's Friday nite, and only 9:00, so the crowds not out yet. The barmaids are really nice (and pretty!). Food outstanding, service great. What's really nice is running a tab...when you enter they take your debit card, give you a wristband, and when you get a drink it automatically deducts it. Overall, it's a great experience. Give it a try."
