"when i come in during lunch time the staff is very friendly and i have never had a problem. but the night shift/dinner crew is very rude and does not listen to what you order. how many times can they make my boneless wing order into bone in and it be a mistake? very frustrated with this experience. they charged me more for the bone in combo when i ordered boneless. when i got my order, i let them know i had ordered boneless, and they didn't even refund me the difference."

"When ordering the person at the counter, she was very informative. She forgot to ask my name and I didn't know she needed it because I don't frequent Wingstop. Not knowing my food was complete, I waited extra long before going back to the counter to figure out the mixup. Patrons coming into the establishment were loud and rude. Some mugs were given as they waited for their food, and I ate. The girl did come and apologized for the inconvenience of her mistake, and I found that to be very helpful. I will go back but not to dine in."

"Slow, sloth-ish slow! I ordered and paid online and never received the confirmation email. When I went to pick up at the alloted time I was told it would be an extra 10 minutes...that was 20 minutes ago. My total time from ordered to walking out the door was 45 minutes. I guess Thursday nights are horrible for takeout orders."

"Very poor customer service, this location is always running out of rolls, brownies, and chicken with over an hour left till closing time. Some of employees seem slow and you have to repeat yourself so they can understand. Tonight was the last time I shall visit this establishment. I drive 20 miles only to wait another 15 minutes to find out that they don't have all of my order again! So I left and placed my order with the store in Central and they were fast polite and the store itself was much cleaner than the one in Zachary."
