"The hours of operation are incorrect. They close everyday at 6:00pm. I drove an hour to get there and when I arrived at 6:45 it was closed. I called the next day and I was told that they know they are wrong and not sure why it hasn't been corrected. Just trying to save someone else some trouble."
"They truly have the worst employee attitudes. I witnessed a customer walk up to an employee and said employee rolled her eyes, clicked her tongue and walked off. The customer sat there with her head down. If you go in BEWARE you have to find merchandise on your own, find a fitting room on your own and track someone down to ring you up…….. can you guess what I’m about to say? ON your own."
"They got good discounts going on right now which doesn't mean "cheap". Kind but reduced in number staff. If you visit the store you know that for sure you will find good quality jeans that will last you for a long time. This is our "go to" store to get our Levi's every time."
"Wonderful employees that were quick to help me with what I needed and knew the products they were selling. Well stocked in a variety of sizes of clothing. It sucked not being able to try the clothes on at the store but with my two returns / exchanges the employees were very understanding and helped me find the right sizes. I will definitely be going back!"
"I have been to this store several times within the past 6 weeks and they consistently stay out stock on women's jeans sizes 6-10 and do not offer ship to store from the online website. In addition the workers are more concerned about keeping the jeans folded then providing basic customer service. They come across as rude and impatient to customers who are looking for their correct size which again is rarely, if ever, in stock."
