"I want to write a review for The Pit Stop, but I really don't even know where to begin... If you know, you know! We came to The Pit Stop after a funeral near by based an a very strong recommendation from my sister. I take those seriously! So, we were already emotionally exhausted, but this place was a breath of fresh air. At first glance, one might think it is just a gas station, but as soon as you walk through the front doors and the smell of that kitchen collides with your face... Let's just say it's breath taking. The place was packed, however, there were still plenty of tables and the kitchen staff were amazing. I thought it was going to take a lifetime to get any food out of the kitchen, again I was wrong. I ordered the double cheeseburger and added an egg w/mayo. Honestly, I don't remember the fries because upon taking the first bite of that dang burger, I had something of a spiritual moment (think John and the book of Revelation). It disappoints me that I can only give The Pit Stop 5 stars. Lord willing and the creek don't rise... I will be back, and next time I'll be mentally prepared for what I'm walking into. Thanks guys!"
