Reviews of Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers
"Real chicken-y, ya know? Like just chicken-y. Extra chicken. Lots of chicken. I was going to order the chicken. Decided to get the chicken instead. Glad I got the chicken instead of the chicken because it was finger linkin' good. I also like the tiger skin booths that showcase victory over enemies. Purdy good. Real chicken-y."
"This location is rarely a hit, mostly misses. Always getting orders wrong, and workers seemed rushed all the time. Management needs to stop emphasizing speed, the amount of times I've gotten an order wrong here is too many to count at this point."
"They helped us out when we were in a bind. We telephoned them asking if they could put together a meal for 20 people. They were very accommodating and fast and very professional. Our order was ready within minutes. The young lady we initially spoke with over the phone came out to me us once we arrived to pick up the meal. Management has done an excellent job of training their associates. They seem to enjoy their job and it is evident in the service we received. Thank you Raising Cane's."
"Do not go to raising canes on lee at 2 or 3pm. Around those times, it seems like the fries have to be reheated, even though only some were hot and some were cold. The chicken was the same, 2 cold and 2 hot. I am not sure why the quality of food has gone down since the summer. I used to love going to this location because I never got cold fries or chicken. Now, the coleslaw was also passed. Not sure if they left it out for a while and didn't care to smell it before they put it in the little container. It tasted stale and it wasn't even filled. Also, I asked for a little bit of ice and ended up with more ice than diet coke. And the bread was not even toasted on both sides.. only one small part was toasted."
"Overall the staff is nice and this is in no way an attack on them rather it is a call for training and correction to senior management. Chicken Fingers were dry, small, and hard along with the fries and they were all overcooked and lacked flavor. The overcooked chicken fingers were very tough. It seemed like the fryers were too hot ( perhaps in an ill advised effort to cook things faster) or that the chicken and fries were being left in for too long either way restaurant standards and methods are not being followed. This equated into an inconsistent brand experience as also evidenced by other reviews. Workers seemed more concerned with the restaurants closing prep than working on quality customer experience and food presentation. It's sad to see a great location and restaurant not living up to it's brand and I hope it can be turned around as I am actually a big fan of Raising Canes, but at the same time I have to offer and honest review. Attached pictures tell the story. Pictures numbered in order of listing: picture #3) Food as advertised, pictures #'s 1),2),4), and 5) what was served, small overcooked portions that look like "chicken nuggets" and overcooked fries that all had a very bland taste, and picture #6) shows the tea machine not running and mixing tea resulting in poor tea flavor and a lack of brand experience consistency. The plastic fork in picture 5) shows it all, a small shrivelled hard and overcooked chicken finger looking nothing like what is advertised in the restaurant presentation picture shown in picture 4) and also very inconsistent with what has been served and expected in Raising Cane's restaurants. A restaurant is all about consistency and customer experience so I hope this review helps senior management regain this store and bring it in line with the brand. It's sad to say this at such a great location with so much potential not living up to brand standards."
