"You either get the best people to walk the Earth here like Kassandra, nice, sweet, friendly, very personable, or you get people like Mando who literally look like they could not care less to be there and it is an inconvenience for you to be at that store while they are working. It’s so aggravating because it’s a complete coin toss as to who you get. The drinks are good, but I noticed the difference in care, and and how the drinks are made when you have the right people working. The fact that a person pulls up to the window and can’t even be given an iota of acknowledgment is ridiculous and then to walk off and be gone without a word said to you?? like you literally work in the customer service business, you think you’d have a little bit better of a demeanor, let alone etiquette. I’m not saying she has to genuinely be happy, just don’t make me feel depressed by looking at you."

"The best location hands down. I love how I walk in and just about the whole morning staff including the manager knows my name and tells me Good Morning Zell, and they know exactly how I like my coffee. The whole morning staff is just awesome."

"Starting your morning with the expectations of ordering your favorite drink and breakfast item and being disappointed every time and receiving an attitude after waiting for at least 4 minutes at the register to order is why I will not return. I’ve had my name written in their “book” for replacement drinks or free drinks at least 8 times since I got stationed here. If I order a drink requiring almond or Oatmilk DAIRY has been used in MULTIPLE OCCASIONS however today I simply mentioned that my order was placed via the app after waiting for a prolonged time at the register. The shift lead gave me an attitude so I request a refund and she didn’t bother to review my exact charges and shorted me 0.88. I requested management who corrected the refund and provided me my order promptly but no one should have to deal with this drama first thing in the morning at all. The military members have to settle for this particular Starbs due to location. It’s time for training and new staff."

"The absolute nicest Starbucks staff I have ever encountered! Several "good mornings" and "have a great day" from different staff members. They were extremely busy but still got both coffees in less than a minute"
