"So far, this is probably the worst Starbucks in the entire country and certainly the State of Louisiana. The service is so terrible I just gave up going completely after about 10 tries. I used to go to Starbucks daily in Seattle, Denver, Boston, Dallas, Ashville, and so on, but this one miserable store has almost turned me away from the brand completely. Their only competition is the hellishly dismal McDonalds across the street, (both places are in a feverish race to the very bottom of customer service in order to show everyone that they care the absolute least). These are some of the rudest, most inattentive, sub-literate, staff I've ever encountered. I'm not even a high maintenance customer, as I usually just order plain, no-fuss espresso. Go anywhere else and you will be better off. If someone collapsed in the middle of this store and then started to slowly die, (because nothing happens quickly in this establishment), the employees wouldn't care enough to even look up."
"As, I walked into the store I was greeted with a warm welcome, this was the beginning of the kindness. I wanted to know how one of the new drinks taste, based off the drinks I like. I was given a sample drink which sealed the deal I was able to buy two more drinks vs my usual one. I love the vibe, kindness and generosity that was shown to me. I believe I have a new favorite Starbucks. Alyena, Margot, Abbey, and gypsy where all reaching to meet my needs and to make me feel valued. Keep up the phonomial customer service and genuine kindness."
"So slow, every single time. Slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. There are never enough employees. There is usually just ONE person doing the espresso machine even on a weekend morning."
"Hot food but the bacon on Gouda’s were like scraps of fat. For most part not so bad but pet peeve I asked for light ice. I took like 3 sips. Gone."
