"Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. This location has some people with TERRIBLE ATTITUDES !!!! When people pay $12.00 for a cup of coffee they could at least give me what I paid for. I paid for 2 extra shots of expresso and they did not put them in my drink, and you can't fool me because I have drank them long enough to know what it taste like and I can visually see the difference without them in it."

"Great location but the last 2 weeks the service has been terrible.all my drinks orders have been made wrong and now with these new hires apparently the warming oven is broke or they are out of the sandwiches . I go here often to treat myself but the staff they are hiring ain’t it. Pay them enough or train them well cus it ain’t right to be spending money to NoT get what I asked for repeatedly . Today girl gave me lactose when I asked for soy. Mind you I’m lactose intolerant and back at work"

"I went there to get a caramel Frappuccino and they were so rude everyone! She didn’t even gave me whip cream neither did she said that they didn’t have and when I asked her she got a attitude and all of her coworkers stared thru the window mad and one of them literally talked to me in Spanish asking if I didn’t understand! They all started talking bad about me! And I told her she didn’t have to be rude I was just asking because she never said they didn’t have it! Keep in mind I had to go again through the drive thru because I wanted to add the caramel to my order but she said I had to go back and order it again! There was no line!!! Nobody was ordering I was the only one there!!!!! Worst employees ever!! Can’t believe they work there! Usually they are always really nice! And I asked for extra caramel drizzle!!!!! They didn’t put nothing!!!!!!!!!!"

"My rule of thumb is that a place and its staff are only as clean as their restroom. After all, that is where they also go to use the toilet and wash their hands (or not). This place is otherwise nice and there is no excuse for the restroom to be as dirty as it was. Not this early on a Sunday morning. Clean your bathroom regularly. This includes the ENTIRE toilet."
