"The new product “pretzel baconator” that I ordered I only got a regular burger with 1 patty when it should be 2. Also didn’t even give me the dang pretzel bun and when I went in they said they were out. Then you should have told me that and I wouldn’t have bought the dang thing. Chicken sandwich was also burnt."

"So I have been sitting at the drive-thru waiting for someone to take my order. After 3 minutes they said that they're in the middle of shift change and that I can either come back or I can pull around. I told her no I got time to wait. They told me that I have to turn around because they are not allowed to have people sitting on their timer. They said that I was already on their timer for 3 minutes. I told her I got time to wait. They said they're not able to take my order until they get done with shift change and they're working with money. Once again I told her no I'm going to sit here so that it's documented how long it takes y'all to do a shift change. Right now there are vehicles waiting behind me. There are two employees outside smoking. They have no want or desire to work tonight. Obviously management has not been on top of this. At this moment I have been waiting for at least 10 minutes and they still are not done with their shift change. Management should really look at the camera and the order times to prove that they are not doing their job. So now I'm being told that I can't sit and wait for them to finish their drawer because they're short. They're telling me that their manager said that they have to send all the customers away. I told her I got time to wait. She says well what if I tell you there are no chicken nuggets or fries. I told her I can wait. She said I can't sit in the drive-through on their timer. I told her I can wait for them to finish counting their drawer. Now she is telling me that she is refusing to service me due to the fact that I am waiting."

"Nobody was rude. Everyone was pretty neutral. But not one person had any sense of urgency. It seemed like no one cared about wait times or that we had been in front of the counter for ten minutes before anyone spoke to us at all. Multiple people walked by and no one said a word to us. I know things are out of your control, but a nod and smile can go a long way."

"Ordered from here it was the worse Wendy's order I ever ordered. 1. Ordered ghost pepper fries and they gave me straight fries in a black tray. 2. Ordered a chicken wrap, and literally I got food on a tortilla. It wasn't even wrapped. 3. The burger was threw together. 4. ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD!!!!!!. 5. THEY HAVE A FAKE PHONE NUMBER!!!!!! 6. ORDERED A PINEAPPLE MANGO LEMONADE, GAVE ME STRAIGHT LEMONADE. 7. They cookie wasn't even fully cooked DO NOT ORDER, DINE IN, OR TAKE OUT!!!!!! They are truly unprofessional and need immediate disciplinary action."
