"This pretty much applies to all PJs: THE worst coffee drinks in NOLA. PJ's go-to ingredient in everything they make is sugar. I gave up on their espresso years ago and nothing else they offer is any better, weak coffee drinks included. Occasionally when stuck at certain venues, I'm looking at you Ocshner, I fall for a PJ's and always regret it. There's no Good reason why Ochsner Medical system should give the cafe contract to these bozos."
"Worst ice coffee I’ve ever had. Disappointed in PJ’s. Service was great though. And food was ok. Music was a FM radio station that mostly played annoying commercials."
"When I walked to the counter to order the employees were just staring at me. I said can I have an iced coffee please. The employee very rudely said what size. I asked what were the sizes and then she got frustrated and said they're up there. The service was horrible as well as the iced coffee. I felt like I was an inconvenience by just walking in to make a purchase. Those two ladies shouldn't be in customer service. They should be hidden in the back grinding coffee beans or something. I only gave one star because I couldnt give zero!!! PJ's just lost a new customer!"
"Stopped in today at 8am, the lady taking orders at the register was EXTREMELY rude. I wanted a flavored ice coffee, I didn't see the flavors on the menu so I asked what they had. She acted SO annoyed, mumbled the flavors and never making eye contact. There was another employee mixing drinks and it was noisy in there, I asked her to repeat the flavors cause I couldn't hear. She sighed, rolled her eyes and once again mumbled the flavors under her mask. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything, I refuse to give money to a company that allows such rude employees."
"Staff was rude. My wife was at the hospital for a procedure so I stayed with her as long as I could. When she went back the cafeteria was closed. I came here. The lady was very short and rude as if i was a bother. I sit and definitely noticed a difference in the way she treated people. Some people she was nice and jovial and some she treated like she had treaded me. Wouldn't recommend unless your desperate. The quick bites looked and tasted old"
