"They had excessive wait time and on top of it , they were negative and rude to one delivery driver and made my partner who also delivers food waste his time when he could have been making money doing other deliveries. If you don’t like your job, find something else. At least DO your job while you still work there , even if you hate it, instead of complaining about how you have to do your job."

"I ate here around 12:45 on 1/26/2024. This Big Mac was put together perfectly and the fries were 8/10. Great job, and a big thank you to the workers!!!"

"This location is the worst in the entire area. They are always late to open and use the excuse that the system is down. The managers and most workers are rude and disrespectful. The Lafitte-Larose highway, Ames, and Westbank expressway Gretna are much better.9"

"Not one employee would even acknowledge customers walking in for a good minute. And when they did it was just to point them in the direction of the “do it yourself” kiosk. Service was slow to bring out everybody food and people from the drive through keep coming in to check the status of their food they had obviously been waiting on for some time out in their vehicle."

"Garbage, the manager is a piece of work. Order the jalapeños dble bacon burger. Which comes with no onions. They still added it, my 7 year old kids milkshake was melted. My burger filled with so much salt and black pepper it can KILL. Soggy fries, and so much more. This is not the definition of customer service. I will be reaching out to area director and the chain. No refund given even though they tried to kill me."
