"We were referred by a family friend to Cypress after a devastating tornado that ended up being the easiest claim having lived in SWLA with hurricanes and Having worked in the insurance industry for a very long time. "The roof on our house was “repaired” before we moved in by someone else who did not correctly repair the flashing. Because of this we had wind driven rain that led to water damage in our bathroom. Thankfully Cypress Mitigation responded to our call right away and assessed the damage. Not only did they find where the water was coming from they also spotted mold growth and treated it. "You couldn’t ask for a better team of professionals than CYPRESS! When our roof was torn off during Hurricane Ian, Jason, the owner & his team – lead by “Big G” – were quick to respond! Not only were they punctual, the entire team was neat, well organized and ever willing to stop and explain anything and everything they were doing. The demo to the bathroom was exceptional and they were able to preserve the delicate wainscoting. They took great care in ensuring the rest of the house was protected, including the floors, during the demo processes. We were especially grateful for the cleanliness of our bedroom and sewing rooms with the careful placement of the containment barrier over the doors. When the barrier was removed from the sewing room, I was astonished that all three sewing machines were dust-free!
