"We went to Joe's to grab some late-night po boys. They were so much better than ones we had gotten from a place that specializes in po boys. The service is always wonderful, too, as long as you like being called "beb". The atmosphere- I mean, come on."

"I WAITED ABOUT 15mins for OVERCOOKED GLAZED BEIGNETS! When I asked for it to be re-cooked I was told no because of the cook(he didn’t want to re-cook it)! I asked for refund & was told no & the Manager has to be there. This was around 4:45pm. BAD customer service!"

"I ordered my food online for pick up. I ordered 2 chicken and waffle plates and a sausage croissant with egg and cheese. I paid $1.49 extra for the croissant and added a tip. When I picked up the food the worker read the items that I ordered from the receipt. The bag was tied shut. When I got home my sausage sandwich was made with toast yet was charged for the croissant. The chicken and waffle plates did not come with pancake syrup. The food was good but was disappointed with the mistakes despite paying extra and giving a tip. Beware when ordering online and make sure to check your order before leaving."
