"I ordered a Pair of Air Force ones for my husband online, recieved my order but they were a size too big so instead of returning them through the mail I decided to return them in store at the port Allen location. It was difficult because they had “no record “ of my purchase even though I had my order number, conformation emails etc. the work associate was super nice and tried her best to figure it out.. eventually she was able to process the return but after a week the money was still never deposited into my account so I messaged the online store trying to figure it out. The online associate told me they have no record of me retuning the shoes!!! So I’m stuck out of $109. It’s extremely frustrating. I’ll never order anything from hibbet sports again."
"Horrible. Hardly anything to choose from. Keeps door locked. Most of the time they aren’t open and when they are customer service is beyond terrible. Definitely not understanding why the Port Allen location is even open."
"12:15 pm on a Monday and the store is still closed. Business opening hours are 10am. I saw one employee enter about 30min ago and every time I call I get hung up on."
