"I've been a customer of 10 years and love to shop at lulu but for some reason this location makes me feel out of place and uncomforable. My friend overheard the workers talking about her today as she shopped and it made her feel unwelcome and judged. Please be nice people !!!! I also work in retail and do anything I can to make people feel excited about shopping there. Just be cognizant of who is near you when you start complaining"

"I don’t even know where to start with how amazing this store is!! I have frequented many locations especially in the Houston area (Galleria and Highland Village stores), but this store has always been the one I have the best finds at!! On my last visit, I unfortunately did not leave with any cool finds. However, I got a taste of how amazing their customer service is here. I left a pair of fairly expensive sunglasses in the dressing room and didn’t realize it until the next day. I kid you not, I only had these for a month, and had gotten these to replace another pair of sunglasses that had went missing after valeting my car in Houston. At this point, I was pretty sure they were gone but called in the off chance they were not. Much to my surprise, not only did they have them, but they shipped them to me since I live out of town!! Talk about amazing service!! I will always frequent this store now because of this act of kindness!! Thank you to the amazing Lululemon Baton Rouge team!! Y’all rock!!"

"I really don’t know why but everything in here is so expensive for no reason but other than that and the fitting rooms being a little dirty and the employees throwing shade back at me saying things like “oh you look. Like you can’t afford it” but at the same time different employees being really nice to me it’s not really that bad"

"Was greeted upon entry and felt welcome. I was getting some socks to run and ride in and a young lady answered my questions in regard to the products they carry in store. She actually helped me get some socks that were in the bright colors but at a reduced price. They also offer military and first responder discounts which is very nice. I would definitely recommend this location to others."
