"Our favorite snowball place! We tried other snowball places around the area and they weren’t up to par! My husband is a stickler for good ice, syrup, and the soft serve ice cream. So finding a good place for him is a challenge! These are truly the best snowballs!!"

"I just left there about 30 mins ago and the last couple times I got my snowballs like slushy consistency and I personally don’t prefer that so this time I wanted light syrup and it was not done and when I said something to see if I can get it the way I wanted it (because in the end it is my money I’ve spent) she looked at me and was like “okay?” So I just asked if she can simply pour some of the juice out and she dumped it and the her coworker shut the window in my face like I was the problem .. I will not be returning.. trying to make my 3 year olds day better turned into dealing with unkind service. Never again."
