"Ordered inside. Waited 30 minutes before someone actually spoke to me. It was another 5+ before I received my order. And then he gave me a medium fry instead of a large. Drink counter was dirty. Terrible service."

"I was unable to order a plain sausage patty on a muffin through the mobile app for some reason. I got a sausage and egg biscuit. Overall, this sandwich was pretty fresh. The sausage and egg on their own were very good. The biscuit seemed to have been a microwaved precooked frozen one. But I’m not sure. The biscuit dough was not dry but the crust was not flaky and therefore the chew was not delicate. The Diet Coke did not taste as great compared to other McDonald’s I’ve been to. The Coke machine seemed a little dated. The clerk was VERY helpful, friendly and working hard."

"I thought I would grab a quick breakfast to go before my work day began. I should've known by the vehicles idling in the drive thru that this location had issues. So I decided to go in because I thought it would be faster. It took the cashier about 7 minutes just to help the customer in front of me. When she got his order together, she just walked away from the register like I wasn't there. When she finally my order, she dropped my tea on the counter without informing me that it was mine. After a couple of minutes, I just picked it up and walked over to get a straw. I almost walked into the mop bucket that was there. No one was mopping at the time. The condiment station was hot mess. It just looked filthy and unkept. That was the moment I knew I had take pictures to document my visit. As I looked around I found more filth and cleaning items unmanned. I had time on my hands while I waited on my order. No big order, just hot cakes and sausage. I noticed the cooking tray with dirty water sitting on customer eating table. The drunk counter looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a couple of days. Now this was about 9:30 am. No one moved with a sense of urgency. About 5 minutes later I received my order and was out the door. I don't recommend the Mickie Dee's in Elmwood to anyone. I hadn't visited in months. It'll be years now."

"I am giving 1 star because this McDonald's is not following the McDonald's protocol, I had to wait 20 minutes to receive my order, really 20 minutes, what I see is that they have a system in the drive-thru, and they have to do it fast! So if tou go inside the store, forget it! They neither look to you! There was not too many people working there! The employees are very good but you see how tired they are, lost in what they are doing once have so many things to do it, #McDonalds solve this problem around New Orleans, is not the only one that have this problem"

"This location has continuously gone downhill. They've regularly had only 2 people working so ordering has been horrible. Now for the past few weeks every burger I've gotten is undercooked. Also most of the order takers have bad attitudes. Oh and the Fanta is never ever good. It's always just carbonated water. Don't risk it."
