Dunkin'

"I come every morning and get the same damn coffee and it's wrong everyday and I always get rushed off the intercom. Next time I'ma swing the drink in y'all's face. This is a everyday thing and not once is my order correct because they rush me . This is getting old and pissing me off. Slow down and pay attention. And also forgot my donuts I said twice when ordering. This is getting RIDICULOUS. Also went this morning 2/21/24 and was told they were out of MOCHA AND VANILLA . There most common flavors. Find it hard to believe after I leave a review all of a sudden they're out of things. These employees are getting lazier by the day"

"My only rationale on how this place is remotely still in business would be because everybody loves Dunkin' Donuts. However the service at this location would be nothing short of what you would expect from a third world country. Actually I take that back I've been to many third world countries and the service is much better than at this location. All I wanted was a cup of coffee. There were two counters one for Baskin and Robbins and the other for Dunkin' donuts and I waited along with a few others at the register to place our order and not a word came from the staff that the register was closed. We then proceeded to order at the other location. All I wanted was a cup of coffee. They didn't bother to tell me that they had no coffee available I waited there literally for 15 minutes to result in disappointment over just wanting a cup of coffee. Deplorable at best."

"Purchased 15 Donut holes for a different dessert. Some of the flavors were tasty others flat. Only 2 people working on a very busy Valentine's Day! Hadn't had them in years, it will be years before I get them again!"

"Donuts were hard as rocks. Tasted like they were 4 days old. Too many great donut shops nearby. This one has steadily declined. Will not be returning"

"I come here often with my friends. All the night workers have gotten really rude. When I walked in with my friends one of the workers said “they came back” in his language which I happen to understand. Then they look at us and say a few other words, which I obviously understood, before asking what we wanted. I decided not to order anything. I will be sticking with the drive through from now on just so I can limit my interaction with these people. Food is usually alright."
