"Best authentic chicken cracklins in the area! To be specific, most chicken cracklins you find are breaded and deep fried. These are really the chicken skin, and fat, and a little meat and are deep fried BUT NOT breaded. It makes a world of difference. It is a drive through food truck, not a restaurant so service and atmosphere don't really count for much ;-)"
